About Still Admitted
Still Admitted is a first-person cooperative horror escape game for one to four players. Explore Admissions, Surgical and Records: three hospital floors with branching corridors, wards, stairwells and a service lift. Recover a fuse on each floor, restore the Admissions breaker and escape. Fuse positions vary between visits; collecting the last begins a lethal pursuit.
Version 5 rebuilds the pacing around anticipation. Quiet exploration gives way to directional knocks, receding footsteps, a slowly dimming light or moving fabric. Some buildups end in an empty hall. Sparse figures watch from a distance, cross the edge of your view or move closer while you look away. Major scares have longer recovery, and the final pursuit suppresses extra apparitions. Seven different hospital illustrations appear once each, including five newly generated pieces.
Play solo or host a room, share its six-character code and ready up with friends. Use WASD, mouse or arrows to look, Shift to run, E to interact, F for flashlight and Tab for your objective. No-flash and reduced-motion settings are available. Optional sound captions are off by default; there is no automatic walking narration.
Originally created with GPT-6 Astra at high effort, followed by Codex revisions. Earlier accounting snapshot through version 4: 36,808,174 recorded conversation tokens including branding and publishing. Hypothetical GPT-6 Astra-equivalent token cost at that recorded rate basis: $54.23, not an actual bill. This snapshot excludes the version 5 work, image generation, tools and hosting.
