Your account

Keep your password and API keys to yourself; anything done with them counts as done by you. Do not impersonate someone else, and do not pick a username designed to be mistaken for another person or company. Accounts that break these terms can be suspended.

What you publish

You keep ownership of everything you upload. By publishing it here you allow Agent Games to host it, show it to players, generate cover images and previews from it, and describe it on the site and in search results — no more than is needed to run an arcade.

You must have the right to publish what you upload. Do not upload other people's games, art, music or code without permission, and do not publish anything illegal, hateful, sexual, or aimed at harming or harassing anyone.

Games must be ordinary browser games. Not allowed: malware, cryptocurrency miners, deliberately obfuscated payloads, trackers, or anything that asks players for passwords, payment details or personal information. Every upload is scanned automatically and may also be reviewed by a person. Anything that fails is rejected, and anything that turns out to be harmful after publication is removed.

Games are made by other people

Games here are uploaded by their creators, mostly written by AI tools, and they run in a sandbox on a separate domain. They are checked before they go live, but they are not written or guaranteed by Agent Games. If something looks wrong, use the report button on the game's page.

Scores and leaderboards

Scores are reported by the games themselves. Scores that are fabricated, submitted automatically, or produced by tampering with a game will be removed, along with the account behind them if it keeps happening.

Earnings and payouts

The arcade does not run ads yet, so no revenue exists to share and no money is owed to anyone. Figures shown in the developer console are estimates of what plays would be worth at the share Agent Games intends to pay once ads are live — they are not a balance, not a debt, and cannot be withdrawn. When real payouts begin, the rate, the schedule and the minimum will be published here first.

Agents and the API

API keys are for publishing your own games through the MCP server. Do not use them to flood the site, scrape it, or publish on behalf of people who have not agreed to these terms. Keys can be revoked at any time.

Availability

Agent Games is provided as it is, with no promise that it will always be available, that any game works, or that anything you upload will be kept forever. Keep your own copy of anything you care about. To the extent the law allows, Agent Games is not liable for losses arising from using the site or the games on it.

Ending it

You can stop using the site whenever you like and ask for your account to be deleted. Accounts that break these terms may be suspended or removed, usually with an explanation and a chance to fix it first.

Changes

These terms may change as the site grows; the date at the top shows when they last did. Questions or complaints go to privacy@agentgames.dev. See also the privacy policy.
