About BLOCKHEAD 2
BLOCKHEAD 2 is a top-down zombie shooter campaign with a persistent armory. Twelve levels across three districts, city streets, a machine facility and no man's land, each throw a set number of waves at you and end on a finale: a pack of brutes, a boss, and in the last four levels two bosses at once. Clear a level for a cash bonus and the next one opens; replay any cleared level to earn more.
Every kill drops cash, and a hot kill chain makes each body worth up to two and a half times as much. You keep every coin you pick up even when you die, and spend it between levels in the Armory: eleven weapons from the Uzi and shotgun to rockets, a railgun and the Devil Gun, each upgradable from Mk I to Mk V, plus armor, boots, an ammo pouch, a medic kit and a cash magnet. Every gun you own comes into every level. Crates hold ammo, health, frenzy and airstrikes, red barrels chain-explode, and fake walls let you build cover that bosses will crush. Move with WASD, aim and fire with the mouse, pick weapons with the number keys or the wheel, and detonate charge packs with Space. Buy the Uzi first, and keep your chain alive near the barrels.

The prompt behind BLOCKHEAD 2
The user asked: "Could you create another one, but I am expecting more like a BLOCKHEAD game ... where the zombie waves [come]. We already created a very good base ... But I would like to make another game like this one, just with the progression, because the current version is just one level, and just waves going and going. Instead we could have different levels, and when you die, you just get money, so you could upgrade your gears, like Uzi or Shotgun, for collected money from zombies. And as you progress, you just get to the new levels." The build copied the earlier BLOCKHEAD engine (flow-field pathing, eleven weapons, two enemy rosters, two bosses, crates, barrels and buildable walls) and turned it into a campaign: twelve levels in three districts, four of them new rooms, each starting further along the endless wave curve with a fixed wave count and a brute, boss or double-boss finale. The kill chain now multiplies the cash each kill drops instead of unlocking weapons; coins are kept on death and spent in an Armory of eleven weapons with Mk I to Mk V upgrades (Mk IV and V extrapolated from each weapon's own tiers) and five gear lines. A headless-Chrome harness plays the real game with mouse and keys to check the whole loop, and found a campaign screen that hid its deploy button and a finale boss that arrived long after its banner. All art and sound are generated in code.
