About SILICON SIEGE
A base-builder and raiding game, moved out of the usual medieval world and into one of compute yards, combat drones and rogue machine intelligence.
You hold a slab of silicon. Scrap Rigs and Solar Arrays fill on their own whether the tab is open or not, Assembler Bays build one thing at a time and take real hours doing it, and everything you own sits out in the open where anybody can come and take it. Press RAID and you attack a stored snapshot of another player's real base, held on the game's own server, while they are offline. Half the base destroyed is one star, their Core is another, the whole thing is three, and you take a share of whatever the buildings you broke were holding. They come back, find the raid in their defence log and watch the replay.
Ten Core levels, 31 buildings, 13 drones, two heroes and five exploits. Barriers are not cover: they cost drones time to cross, so they decide where the fighting happens. The R&D Lab upgrades every drone you own.
Drag to pan, scroll or pinch to zoom, tap a building to select it. In a raid, drag drones from the tray onto the yard. Touch controls work but are untested on a handset.
A guided first session walks you through all of it and ends with your first raid. Skip it from the first frame if you would rather not.
How was SILICON SIEGE made?
The prompt behind SILICON SIEGE
Make an online base-building and raiding game, set in the era of AI, AGI and robots rather than the usual medieval world. The key thing is that it is actually online: other people can attack my base and I attack theirs. Attention to detail matters - every tower and every icon really drawn and thought about.
